It does require a few things on your part. Before we get into this, I'd like to say that success
with internet marketing depends on your motivation and effort. The power of the internet has the
potential to make you a lot of money but it takes hard work and commitment. Now with that being
said, let's get started
There are several ways to market your online business. Just to name a few:

(2) Posting in forums
(3) Search Engine Optimization
(4) Search Engine Advertising
(5) Direct Marketing
(6) blogging(7) Using Traffic exchanges and safelists
(8) Website Submission services
Article Marketing is my favorite. Good quality articles can give you a lot of traffic to your
website or blog. As an article author, you must first have an understanding of a very simplified
formula which is:
write + submit = Earn money
With this very basic method, your only limitation is your imagination.
Next, there's posting in forums. This marketing approach can give you plenty of traffic, if
it's done right. You can use any forum website that has the same niche as your online business.
Gain a good reputation by being helpful and add your business link to the signature box, making
it available to the world with every post. It's really that simple.
Third on our list is Search Engine Optimization or SEO. This marketing method is a litle bit
more complex. SEO is where you optimize every page of your website to rank better in the search
engine's search results page and it's a great way to get traffic.
Next up is Search Engine Advertising. This is where the big money is. It's paid advertisment
and it's a lot to learn but the rewards are awesome. The two most most popular places where your
ad can get an unbelievable amount of visitors are Google Adwords and Yahoo Search Marketing. You
have to be careful with this one. This marketing approach can cost you some money so, I highly
recommend you do your homework.
Now, we have Direct Marketing. I like this one because it challenges your creativity. This
is where you place your text links, banners, and any other promotional tools that you may have
to a particular, well-known website for publishing.
Another great way to promote is blogging. This should actually be the first thing you do before
you start advertising is to set up a blog. Create a professional blog for your website or online
business. Having a blog is a very effective way of bringing in traffic.
Next we have traffic exchanges and safelists This method of advertising can be very time consuming but very effective. We'll start with the traffic exchanges:
